Preparations for the Yellow Phase

Family Practice Associates of Upper Dublin is closely following Governor Wolf’s orders on transitioning to the Yellow Phase for Montgomery County and surrounding counties of Pennsylvania. We are continuing to practice diligent social distancing guidelines and ensuring the safety of our patients and staff as we move through this together. Masks are still required for all persons entering our office, including staff.

We are continuing to follow CDC recommendations and guidelines on how to open our office to more visit types.
