Welcome to the Patient and Family Advisory Council (FPAC) of Family Practice Associates of Upper Dublin!

We  are looking for 3-4 patients from the practice to join our Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). As advisors on PFAC, patients, families, staff and providers work together on overall quality and experience of care for all patients, improvement strategies to achieve high quality, coordinated, and patient- and family-centered care.
