Please see our newest notice on Physicals and Medicare Wellness Exams that may impact what you see on your billing statement. Annual wellness visit consists of a discussion of general health and also includes a review of health maintenance such as recent labs or diagnostic screenings.
Annual wellness exams DO NOT include a discussion of a new problem; this requires a separate diagnosis code(s) and will be billed in addition to the annual physical exam code. This is compliant with standard insurance and billing practices.

We are a privately-owned family practice office nestled in Fort Washington, PA. We have eight board-certified providers that consist of four Physicians and four Family Nurse Practitioners with many different backgrounds and areas of expertise!
