Masks are now required to be worn by all staff, visitors, and patients at Family Practice Associates of Upper Dublin. According to Governor Wolf’s mandate, masks or coverings are required for all PA residents in public places. Thank you for helping us flatten the curve!

Our office remains OPEN during this time, but in order to reduce the risk for transmission, we ask that if you have ANY of the following symptoms, please call our office before coming:

If you do not have all of these symptoms, but have traveled recently to China, Italy, South Korea, Iran, or Japan, please call our office for further screening questions and instructions. We also ask that if you have been in close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19, please let us know before coming to the office.

During this time, we are screening all patients who call or come directly to our office and are taking extra precautions to avoid the spread of potentially harmful viruses.

Our practice is following this worldwide pandemic daily and are following the guidelines developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and many other health organizations. We are in continued communication with Abington Memorial Hospital’s recommendations as well as following the governor’s lock down recommendations for Montgomery County in Pennsylvania.
